Running a trucking business is more than just driving.
Owner operators and fleet owners often wear multiple hats. Many are still driving while also managing the financial side of their business.

As the business grows, bookkeeping becomes harder to keep up with consistently. When the books fall behind, it creates unnecessary stress, unclear numbers, and uncertainty around cash flow and profitability.

PrideBilt provides structured, reliable bookkeeping designed specifically for trucking businesses. We focus on accuracy, consistency, and clear reporting so you can stay confident in your financials and make informed decisions, whether you are running one truck or managing a fleet.
Who We Serve
PrideBilt works with owner-operators, small fleets, and growing trucking businesses that need reliable bookkeeping without the complexity of a full accounting department.

Our services are designed to support trucking operations at different stages — from single-truck operators who need consistent monthly bookkeeping, to fleets that require higher-touch support and expanded compliance services.

We structure our service plans to match operational complexity, ensuring clients receive the level of support that fits their business without paying for what they don’t need.
Why Truckers Trust PrideBilt
All of our bookkeeping services are handled 100% within the United States. Your financial data is never outsourced, and you will always work with a U.S.-based team.
Running a trucking business comes with a constant flow of paperwork, transactions, and financial details.
When you are balancing daily operations, driving, and ownership responsibilities, bookkeeping can quickly become overwhelming.
We understand how easily things can pile up. Our focus is not on how it happened, but on bringing order, accuracy, and consistency back to your books.
PrideBilt turns scattered records into clean, reliable financials you can trust.
We take a steady, structured approach to bookkeeping so you feel supported, informed, and confident in where your business stands.

Service availability is based on selected service tier, with expanded support available through Priority membership.
What We Do and What We Don’t Do
WHAT WE DO
PrideBilt provides professional bookkeeping services specifically designed for trucking businesses. Our services are structured by service tier to match the level of operational support each client needs.

All bookkeeping clients receive core monthly bookkeeping services, including:
-
Monthly transaction categorization and reconciliation
-
Organized financial records and reporting
-
Ongoing bookkeeping support to keep books accurate and current

Priority service tier clients receive expanded, hands-on support, which may include:
-
Payroll processing
-
IFTA reporting and filing
-
Client-authorized, read-only access to systems such as ELD platforms, fuel cards (including WEX), and banking institutions
-
Direct coordination to manage day-to-day financial workflows

All system access is strictly read-only, provided by the client, and used solely to support bookkeeping and compliance services.
WHAT WE DON’T DO

To maintain compliance, accuracy, and proper scope of service, PrideBilt does not provide the following:
-
Tax preparation or income tax filing
-
Acting as a CPA or licensed tax advisor
-
Legal, financial planning, or investment advice
-
Dispatch or load management services

While Priority clients may authorize read-only access to certain systems, PrideBilt does not assume ownership, control, or responsibility for client accounts or credentials.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining required system access and documentation.

How this Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We start with a consultation to understand your business, current bookkeeping situation, and goals. This allows us to confirm that PrideBilt is the right fit and outline the appropriate services.

Step 2: Engagement and Upfront Payment
Once services are confirmed, you will complete onboarding and submit payment before work begins. This ensures a smooth start and consistent service moving forward.

Step 3: Secure Document Setup
You will receive access to PrideBilt’s secure document upload system. Clients provide required records, reports, and documentation through this system on an ongoing basis.

Step 4: Ongoing Bookkeeping and Reporting
PrideBilt maintains your books using a structured monthly process. You receive organized financials and clear reports so you can stay informed and confident in your numbers.

Our goal is to make bookkeeping one less thing you have to manage.

CLEAR, UPFRONT PRICING
